This is a short first impressions review of the Lamy Al-star copperorange fountain pen, which is a special edition released in 2015.
So after a brief hiatus I’m back to familiar territory – an ink review. I’ve postponed the Diamine reviews a little longer because the opportunity arose to review Noodler’s Park Red, courtesy of Pen Chalet (penchalet.com).
Something of a backlog here.
Things have been quiet here for the last couple of weeks, mainly because I was busy getting the Collections database working the way I wanted it to, and more recently I enjoyed a short trip to Malta to celebrate my 50th birthday. The next ink reviews that I had planned were to be for the Diamine 150th Anniversary inks. However, I have recently received a kind donation of a bottle Noodler’s Park Red from Pen Chalet, so I am going to prioritise this for the next review, which I should complete within the next week.
